Blue Panel’s initial comprehensive Report released in August 2006

The empirical evidence provided by the ONCA pilot project in 2007 and the UNPUBLISHED May 2008 Final Report (p. 4, 5, 11, 12,13, 14, 15, 16), which provided comprehensive legislative facts and empirical evidence regarding cameras in the courtroom, granting overwhelming success and providing a unanimous recommendation to the Ministry of the AGO to consider an amendment to s.136. To date, the AGO continues to conceal the findings of the 2008 Report and to make incorrect assertions.
